Steve Castrisios LLB, BCom
Managing Director
Steve is a fully qualified Barrister and Solicitor with extensive experience in personal injury and insurance litigation. He joined the investigation industry in 1995 and has developed LS Intelligence into the leading investigation practice on the east coast of Australia. Steve has an outstanding background in factual investigations in all areas of the practice and is often called upon to investigate highly sensitive matters, complex medical and other professional negligence claims, as well as personal injury matters and special investigations. Steve is a member of numerous insurance and other professional associations and has participated as a panel expert in government advisory bodies. Steve has also undertaken extensive fraud investigation and related training. Steve holds a practising certificate as a barrister and solicitor.
Anne Robson
General Manager
Anne worked in numerous senior insurance claims management positions with national workers’ compensation insurers before joining LS Intelligence in 2012. Anne has extensive knowledge of workers’ compensation and associated legislation. Having worked for Insurers Anne is also well-versed in their needs and operations. She was a founding board member of the Injury Management Co-ordinators Association of Tasmania and holds the sought after Independent Medical Co-ordinator Certificate accredited by WorkCover. Anne has worked as a Worker’s Compensation and General Insurance claims case manager and holds a Certificate III in Finance. She is a licenced Inquiry Agent and holds a Certificate III in Investigation. As the General Manager, Anne is responsible for the overall running of our investigation operations. Anne’s experience as someone who previously provided instructions to investigation companies allows us to quickly realise the needs of our clients and respond appropriately.
Dean Cooper
Senior Factual Investigator
Dean was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1976. He has had an outstanding career specialising in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury matters including worker’s compensation, public liability, and compulsory third party. Having acted for both defendant insurers and claimant plaintiffs Dean is well aware of the competing interests on both sides and applies this knowledge so his approach is both balanced and independent.
Having completed many aspects of investigation during his practice of law Dean is well versed in obtaining what information is required in a particular set of circumstances. He holds a Certificate III in Investigation Services and is a valuable mentor for our up-and-coming factual investigators.
Katie Zhou
Office Administration
Katie is our senior office administration person. Katie undertakes the collating of reports, monitoring of deadlines, bookkeeping and billing, preparation of surveillance video footage, and overseeing the progress of a report from the instruction stage through to report and invoicing.
Leanne Zhang
Office Administration
Leanne is involved in the administration of the office and investigation reports on a daily basis. She communicates with our investigators regularly to ensure the needs of our clients are not only met but exceeded. Leanne also oversees administrative correspondence.
